TUNE-UP AND OIL CHANGE

Most new cars come with a built in service intervals to notify you when your car requires Tune up & oil and filter replacement. What these service intervals fail to consider is the climate we live in. Here in Southern California due to the extreme heat our cars get subjected to, and the type of commutes we have, these service intervals might be a little optimistic at times. If you have a shorter commute, or your commute involves a lot of stop and go, it is recommended that you replace your oil and filter more often than what your service interval indicates. As an example if your Manufacturer recommends to replace your oil and filter every 1 year or 10,000 miles, and either of the conditions above apply to your commute it is recommended that you decrease that service interval to 7,000 miles.

Here at JMP Autowerkz we only use Manufacturer approved oils and filters. We do service a wide range of different makes and models from BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, VW, Audi, Volvo and More.
