They got me in right away since I needed an oil change for our trip up to Yosemite. Very nice and professional. They even filled my reserve tire with air and changed the light bulb by the back license plate. The waiting room was very nice with cold water and coffee and even a charging cable for my phone. The whole thing was fast and painless. I will definitely come back and I will recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks!!

They were great!!! Told them that my steering wheel was vibrating whenever i drive at a certain speed on freeway. And they knew exactly what the problem was. I shouldn't have brought my car at the other repair shop, which my uncle recommended. I should've just went straight to JMP. I would 110% recommend this auto repair shop!!!

In town for personal stuff (definitely not pleasure) and found my car headlamp(s) was down for the count. I needed it replaced before driving back to SF Bay area. JMP Autowerkz was not the first placed I called (long story that involves another shop that must not be mentioned -- will write a Yelp review). But at the end of the day, they came through to save the day. And that's what counts. I called and spoke to Paolo to get my headlamps replaced. He was able to get me in the next morning and out within the hour. That is service! And with a smile. Also note: - both Paolo and Mohammed are super friendly and honest - the estimate matched the final price (and very competitive against other shops) - first there is a waiting area. Brownie points. And there is water, coffee/tea and WIFI! Hello! - this place is AAA certified. Nice! Do yourself a favor -- call them up to get a quote if you need work done to your car. I did all the research so no need to do more. Professional.. honest.. knowledgeable..I have had two great experiences with JMP. Both times the issues with my car were misdiagnosed by another mechanic..The first time they were able to fix my transmission without replacing parts and the second time what had been diagnosed as an engine issue based on the codes was actually the water pump and timing belt. Their attention to detail, knowledge and not rushing to a conclusion saved me lots of money and my car whose name Mona from going go the dump.
